Main Events & Courses
Below is a list of the following courses we offer and a brief overview of what they entail.
Ma Gun Safety Course, Ladies Only Safety Course, NRA Basic Pistol Shooting are the three courses offered for gun safety. These courses provide an experience for everyone, depending on who you are and what you’re looking for. When it comes to the basics of understanding gun safety, these three courses provide exceptional skills and information.
There are two classes we offer for instructor courses. The first is an 8hr NRA Basic Pistol Shooting Course. This is intended for those looking to get their License to Carry or FID Card. It is also a prerequisite for those looking to become NRA Pistol Instructors. This course can be suitable for takers to apply for their License to Carry for Massachusetts, Connecticut, Virginia, and Florida. The second course is a 2-day NRA Pistol Instructor Course, intended for those interested in becoming firearms instructors. It is a great way to teach friends, family, and other acquaintances looking to become skilled. This class provides the required certificate to become a State Police BFS Instructor, which gives you full permissions to teach and certify other people to get their MA Firearms License (LTC/FID). It is a requirement that students attend the first course, the NRA Basic Pistol Shooting Course, before registering for this course. You must have a certificate specifically from the NRA Basic Pistol Shooting course to qualify for registration. Any other LTC/FID course is not accepted as a prerequisite for us here at Tactical Dynamics.
The best license to get that covers multiple states is the Utah Non-Resident CCW License. This is because this license allows the carrier to conceal their firearm in Alabama, Alaska, Arizona, Arkansas, Delaware, Georgia, Indiana, Iowa, Idaho, Kansas, Kentucky, Louisiana, Maine, Mississippi, Missouri, Montana, Nebraska, Nevada, New Hampshire, North Carolina, North Dakota, Ohio, Oklahoma, South Dakota, Tennessee, Texas, Utah, Virginia, Vermont, Washington, West Virginia, Wisconsin, & Wyoming.
This course allows students to learn how to protect themselves as well as others. The training that is included in this course covers the following topics:
- Pre-attack indicators
- De-escalation of Critical Incidents
- Post shoot best practices
- Verbal Control Techniques
- Your rights in a personal defense situation
This course allows an expansion of your skills as a responsibly armed citizen. We will harness and fix your deficiencies, provide you with the techniques to be a confident concealed carrier, and provide you with what it takes to use your handgun daily. The following topics are covered in this course:
- Concealed Carrier Mindset
