So you carry every day, practice shooting a few times a month at the range, and have a pretty good home defense plan.  Are you really prepared for a lethal use of force encounter though? All too often people think having a license and a gun is all they need.  It’s truly not enough though.  We need to know how our mind and body works under acute stress. This  training is hands down the best way to find that out, and Tactical Dynamics is launching Simunitions in Massachusetts!

Simunitions training has been restricted for use only by police and military for many years now.  Fortunately though it has now become available for use by the public for civilian self-defense training.  We are happy to announce that Tactical Dynamics will be providing Simunitions in Massachusetts and surrounding states.

What is Simunitions?  You take a real gun and put a conversion barrel in it that will only accept a special cartridge.  The cartridge looks like real ammunition; however, the projectile is a plastic container with a non-toxic, non-staining, marking dye in it.  With Simunitions you get the same feel, sight picture, and weapon manipulation skills that you would when shooting live ammunition.

This training tool allows for SAFE force on force training.  This is the most realistic training you can get in the use of a firearm in self-defense.  You will learn how you mentally and physically react when someone else is shooting at you.

We will put you in scenarios that are realistic and practical.  Home defense, concealed carry, and low light are some of our major focuses.  The biggest part of this training is working on your mental game, and we will also focus on the side of using good judgment.  We will be putting the pressure on as well as you will be going head to head against highly trained adversaries. This allows you to know how you react to acute stress.  Drawing on the range and engaging stationary targets is easy: How about drawing from concealment, while moving, while engaging a moving target that’s shooting back at you?  We can make that even harder as well.  Now let’s add in some low light conditions, multiple attackers, and non-hostiles as well.
